RETURN & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

Once you submit a return, our team will approve the request and send a return label. If you have not received an update within the 5 days after submitting your request, please email us at info@wizbanghats.com with order number.

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the tags it came with.

We  do not currently cover shipping cost for returns. 

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@wizbanghats.com.

Do you offer different sizes?

All of our headwear is one size fits most. The athletic skirts range from S-XL.

Do you offer wholesale?

We currently do not offer wholesale for retailers, although this may be something we change in the future. We do allow wholesale prices for custom in-stock items.

Where are Wizbang products made?

For almost 20 years, Wizbang products were made in Montana. As of 2025, we are under new ownership. Cutting and sewing of new Wizbang products are planned to move fully to Michigan.

How can I make a return?

What are washing instructions?

To keep your product at its best wash your Wizbang in cold water and lay flat to dry.
